Evangelism and Outreach committee is collecting pencils, erasers and 16 count boxes of crayons on July 11 and July 18. A box will be in the foyer. Thank you for helping us reach families in our communities!

VBS donations need are: 6 boxes of honey graham crackers, 6 chocolate icing, 10 marshmallow crème, 12 cartons of CapriSun (silver pouches), 15 pans of rice krispie treats (need 8-8-2010), Crispix cereal, stick pretzels, raisins, plain M & M’s. Please mark your donations VBS and leave in foyer. Thank you for your help with these items.

On Saturday, July 31 the churches of Milford will be sponsoring a bake sale at the Farmers’ Market to benefit the Crossroads Youth Center. Will you please help us by baking your specialty and bring it to the Milford Farmer’s Market (in front of Lookers Bird’s Nest) between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. in the morning? If it is more convenient, you can drop off your baked goods at Joan Sattler’s house, 207 McKinley, on Friday or call her at 889-5366 for pick up service. Everyone is invited to come that day to purchase and enjoy the market offerings while supporting the youth of Milford.

Help wanted to prepare for Hog Roast: Wed., July 14 – 3:00 pm., cooking the meat @ Stockland Grain Co. Thur., July 15 – 3:00 pm., cutting meat and making into BBQ.

The Annual “Harvest of Talents” golf outing, sponsored by the Church will be held on Saturday, August 7 at Benton County Country Club, Fowler, In. The outing will consist of 4 person scramble (register as a team or individual) with tee time at 12:30 p.m. Il. time. Cost is $35.00 per person, paid in advance. Please reply early.
